Falese joins Empire National Bank's board of directors

Islandia, NY According to Douglas Manditch, Empire National Bank's chairman and CEO, veteran banking executive, Robert Falese has been appointed to the financial institution's board of directors.

"Bob is a 40-year veteran of the banking profession. He served in senior executive roles in commercial banking and lending throughout his career. His experience provides us with a valuable and respected resource as we chart the bank's future growth," said Manditch.

His professional accomplishments include serving as chairman for commercial banking for TD Bank, N.A. and president and CEO for Commerce Bank, N.A. President of Falese Investments, LLC, he also serves as a consultant to Patriot Financial Partners, L.P.

Falese holds a BS in Economics from Saint Joseph's University and an MBA from Drexel University. He also completed Duke University's executive management development program.
